SAKADO FACTORY
In addition to general filling machines, we also have a melt filling machine, which fills the contents by melting them with heat, and a manicure filling machine, which is handled in an explosion-proof hazardous materials building. In addition, we have nine four-way seal filling machines and two tube seal filling machines, and we can respond to relatively short delivery times.

In addition from filling to finishing work, we also conduct sensory tests, physical property measurements, microbial tests, aging tests, etc.
We have installed an air shower room to prevent foreign matter from entering the production process, and are paying particular attention to hygiene within the factory.
Equipped with a small vacuum emulsifier, it is possible to manufacture a wide range of cosmetics, from high viscosity products such as gels to lotions, milky lotions, and creams.
